Apple Cinnamon Oatie Cups

These Apple & Cinnamon Oatie Cups are as easy to make as muffins. Full of rolled oats to fill hungry tummies and using our Only Organic Banana & Apple Puree with diced apples. We think the whole family will love them!

Serves 12 cups
Ideal for toddlers 1yo+


  • 3 Cups old-fashioned oats

  • 1 Cup diced apples

  • 1 1/2 cups milk (use milk of your choice)

  • 1 Pouch of Only Organic Banana & Apple

  • 1/4 cup date syrup or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Preheat oven to 180°C fan bake. Fill a cupcake tray with muffin covers or spray the cups with olive oil.

  • Place all the ingredients, except for the apples together in a large bowl and mix to combine until well blended.

  • Fold in the diced apples into the mixture. Then transfer batter into your prepared muffin cups, filling the mixture to the the top.

  • The batter is pretty liquid at this stage, not to worry this is normal.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and crispy on top.

  • Cool your Apple & Cinnamon Oatie Cups on cooling rack for 5 minutes & enjoy!
