This fresh summer smoothie recipe is a toddler-friendly favourite that will please mum & dad too!
A super quick recipe that you can also freeze and turn into small fruit pops.
Ideal for toddlers 1yo+
YOU WILL NEED
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries (if frozen, let thaw for a few minutes to soften before blending)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of organic milk
1 tsp honey
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
